Children must display responsible behaviour at all times during lessons.

Children are required to wear the correct uniform whilst taking part in lessons.

Photos / videos may be taken of children taking part in lessons or performances, by Simply Lizzie, Simply Performers, and related companies, for print and/or internet usage. They will not be given to outside companies and will only be used for promotional/publicity purposes.

With the exception of ‘Pay As You Go’ fees, all fees are payable for each term in advance, and by no later than the second class of each new term. If fees have not been paid on time, and unless previously agreed with the Principal, a late payment fee of £5 may be charged for each week that payment is not received.

Fees are not refundable under any circumstances, including those outside of the control of the Principal.

Four weeks’ written notice to the Principal is required for any pupil wishing to discontinue any class or leave the school. This is because preparations for the following term are made in advance, and materials will have already been purchased by this time. If the required notice is not received, payment of four week’s fees will be requested, to cover outgoings caused by lack of notice.

Parents / carers are invited to watch classes during watch week, which is generally held at the end of term. Filming and photography are not allowed, except by permission and with the agreement of the Principal / class teacher, during watch week.

From time to time it is necessary for the teachers to use physical contact when helping improve pupils’ posture or assist in movements, or because of a medical or personal emergency. There may also be some physical contact between students, i.e. holding hands.

Simply Lizzie will retain the personal information given in this form to ensure the safety of the child, and to enable communication with parents/carers. The information will only be retained whilst the child is a pupil and will be deleted once they cease attending classes.
